Lewis Leathers Super Phantom No. 443. No size tag present but I'd say 40 to 42. Fits like a regular 42.
Black, not blue as some photos would suggest.

TFL price is $400 + shipping. Paypal Friends/Family. Shipping to EU is $15.

The earliest, first run of this style, released during the mid 70's, according to Lewis Leathers. Quality became shabby later on; lined, blue wool collar and the red quilted lining also gone & isn't even available today so as far as the Super Phantom goes, this is as good as you can get.

    • Heavy cowhide - that best kind the LL is famous for
    • Four pockets; Two chest slash pockets, one sleeve coin pocket and one inside pocket
    • CLIX and OPTI Hardware
    • Foam padded elbows & shoulders with double layer of leather
    • Quilted & warm, red nylon lining
    • Etc.

One of my favorites but also a jacket I almost never ever wear. Brilliant in any case. I was holding on to it for years and I'm not even sure why.

Remarkable condition. Pretty much only creases in the leather with nothing else to report. Nothing that could be considered damage by any stretch of imagination.

The jacket has been thoroughly cleaned, conditioned and taken care of. No smell of any kind.
Original hardware, all the zippers work. Main zipper isn't frayed. Stitching perfect & strong.
Good for riding today as it was 50 years ago.

Measurements (no shoulder size as it'd be misleading because of the padded bits on the shoulders)...
    • P2P (chest): 23.5" / 60 cm (x2)
    • Waist: 20" / 51 cm (x2) (adjustible)
    • Sleeve length: 25.5" / 65 cm
    • Back length: 27.5" / 70 cm (shorter on the front, 25" or so)

I'm in EU so shipping to the US is usually around $50. I can make it $50, if you're interested. Warning, though - might take a while nowadays but stuff still arrives within 20 days back and forth.

Beautiful CR! And it'd fit me. But why do all the ones I like have to have quilted liners?

Staying in the family so if it doesn’t fit or doesn’t get a regular spot in the rotation, you’ll all see it again. But I think this one is a keeper, even if I only use it to ride my Bonnie to the Starbucks.
