Persols are great glasses. Still made with traditional materials like natural acetate.
The conglomerate Luxottica bought then out years ago but they are one of the few brands that were bought that still remain somewhat in control of the manufacturing process. Where most under the Luxxottica umbrella are just a image of what they used to be.

I have the 714sm Steve McQueen version similar to yours and can tell you they are amazing, in a sea of Ray Bans they are a real statement piece

Love those Steve McQueen are so nice. Those are one of my favorites. I have not had the guts to pony up for a set. Maybe I should buy them and rock those suckers.
