The Rose Schott label was used for their women's range of jackets & coats in the US. I bought it for my girlfriend but these run a bit larger than what you'd expect a Women's Medium to be which means I no longer have a gift for her & Valentine's Day is one of those occasions when the thought simply doesn't count. . .
Anyway, the coat in itself is so cool that I'd happily & proudly wear it, was it large enough but the leather... I don't even know where to start. I'll just say it's a crime they haven't made a Perfecto or a Cafe racer in it. Amazing, amazing deep red cowhide - Thick & heavy yet cloudy soft, with an out of this world grain. Hard to capture how beautiful & vivid the color is but think red red with a whisper of purple undertone.
What else... Ah, it's a perfectly standard coat. Two hand-warmers, fully lined... That's it.
CONDITION
I was told it wasn't worn when I bought it & since I can't find any signs of usage anywhere on it, I am selling it as such. It is pristine in every possible way. Not a crease anywhere on it and I'd imagine this cowhide would crease.
