All of these are in Art's LITE beaver felts.

All of these are blocked on the 52 type block that Art had been using for nearly all of my VS hats.
The brim width is also 2 3/8" across all of them, as before.
All of these are practically unworn (too many hats...).
The width of the ribbon is indicated in ligne (L) below.
22 ligne is almost exactly 2", 19 ligne is 1 3/4", these are the two most common 1930s ribbon widths on dress hats.

All of these have the red rayon liner, and the liner is removable meaning it's tucked behind the sweatband which is perfectly sufficient to keep the liner in place. You can remove/ put back in the liner anytime for the option of wearing the hat unlined.
The granite hat has star-shaped vent holes on both sides.

Pics to follow in the subsequent posts.

Price is €200.- for a single hat.
    €540.- for three hats.
    €850 for five hats.
€950 for all six of them.
Prices exclude shipping. Hats ship from Germany.
PM me if interested. PMs will reach me daily; I may not be reading the forum posts every day, but I will get the PMs.

Payment via PayPal and I would prefer to sell to long standing members.

Actually I'm moving to a village in the alpine mountain foothills where I won't have much use for more than a hat. I'm keeping a moss green LITE felt. I'm not selling these for financial reasons, but because I simply won't have the space required for a wardrobe that is larger than what I actually make use of.

I was in Art's shop a number of years ago to place an order. He was working on a hat and I remarked what a great hat it was. He said it was about to wend its way to Germany. I realize he may have other German clients BUT it may have been one of your hats! My failing memory cannot recall the details.

The 52 type, which is a family of block shapes similar to each other rather than one single shape, looks striking due to its nearly straight sides. The 51 type is a little bit more rounded.
None of them are completely straight as that would look somwhat weird I suppose. Like a top hat that isn't a top hat.

Below are some fit pics. The first three show the dove with the 22 ligne band. The last image shows the granite.

The addition or lack of a bound edge and the choice between 19 and 22 ligne (my favorites) make a bit of difference to the appearance, but not by much.

These are my core collection, as it were, VS hats.

The VS Black Cherry is SOLD.

Thanks Jon. These pics are a few years back, though. I went from mostly tailored clothes to mostly workwear, military and leather jackets.
