Full Horse Hair On Hide Jacket?!?

I have never seen one of these before and now I want one something fierce! This is a McCoy Full Hair on Hide jacket on eBay right now.

Has anyone ever seen something like this before? It’s like a full hair Grizzly or something. What would you call this?

What do y’all think of a full hair on hide jacket like that? I can dig it.

It must take a huge amount of skill to get the hair to lay smooth. I wonder how it ages, if it will develop bare spots. It's not something I think I could pull off, but it's certainly striking.

It's not an easy style to pull off. Here's some examples from RRL, Schott, and Thedi. I would definitely wear that Thedi hair on hide mc jacket.
