Golden Bear?

should I buy the below golden bear jacket? I really don’t need more leathers but a CHP is something I haven’t owned before.

Any experience with golden bear’s CHPs? Do they fit slim or Boxy?

Can't speak as to any Golden Bear jackets except the one I own.

I bought a size 46 Tall Golden Bear G-1, with faux fur collar, on e-bay for a very decent price. Label says: "Made in California, USA". I'm certain that some Purists could find fault with minor details not being "Correct", but the jacket is obviously well-made, and of good materials. Age unknown.

I remediated the lackluster faux fur collar with some decent hair conditioner, and that "restored" the faux fur to something that feels--and looks-- close to real mouton. I also made a DIY button-in "Extender" for the collar which allows me to button up the collar on my 18-1/2" neck.

I have "some" degree of familiarity with Mid-Level leather flight jackets, and this particular Golden Bear G-1 is perfectly satisfactory --for me. Personally, I'm about condition--in used articles, fit, quality, and price. All taken synergistically.
