Old leather case. Came with a 1900s stetson velour & some goodies from the same store it was sold from.

I don't have a large number of hatboxes but I've added a few recently. This is one of them: Battersby of London. They do have other hatboxes which are more illustrated (I'm after one of those). This one is very basic. Judging by the label on the lid it seems to have been used for shipping half a dozen hats (in flint grey). I can't picture fitting half a dozen hats in this box somehow.

Posted this one in the toppers unite thread and I have no separate pictures of it. A Delion hatbox. Quite basic too. Not your average hatbox for a topper (which are usually shaped differently).

Another little contribution. This is a Stetson gift box or "salesman sample" as they are often called. Unfortunately without the little hat. These things never really caught on in the Netherlands and this one is only the second one I have ever seen (the other one was a Mayser I passed up on to my regret). I've added and 1950 ad for Staalmeester hats in which a giftbox is advertised. Never seen one of those.

Finally after 7 years of hunting I found a Strat box.But when I got it,I was unsure.So much so that I had to contact our resident expert on Strats.We all know who that is.The box is much smaller than it looks in pics.But after talking to this
knowledgeable gentleman I was sure I had found one.

Sweeeeet! Nice condition. I have one waiting for a vintage Strat to live in. Will this one be used?
