Isn't this thread about cleaning spots?
The main point of my post is asking about how to fix the felt scuffing. I don't know if people will see my question about the scuffed felt if it's buried in here, which is why I created it's own thread.

What about sanding it out? I've heard fine sandpaper in a counterclockwise direction works but my three hats are new (as am I to the NICE hat world) so I've never tried it yet.
