Homburg with black tie, vintage pictures?

Here and elsewhere on the 'net I've read that a black homburg is a good accompaniment to black tie attire. There have been a few pics of members here wearing it, as well.

Does anyone have pics/links to Golden Age use of the homburg with black tie? I've searched a little but no luck so far. I'm wondering what it looked like in historic context.
