Ordinarily, a homburg is not my hat, but a couple of these look kind of interesting. In particular the Quiote. Just thought I'd share.

too bad they won't ship....

they do have some nice homburg-type hats. but they will only sell to customers who can find their way to baltimore and walk in their store. perhaps if they follow the "lounge" ....or perhaps some of their customers could bring this to their attention ....they might want to service such a group of discriminating customers.

Hmm... It is odd if they don't ship. Especially since they list a toll free number. Why else would you need one? Also, I couldn't find a pricing anywhere.

I came across Hippodrome Hatters awhile back, after admiring a snap-brim purchased by an East Coast associate.

You DO have to call for pricing. As of a few years ago (2002-ish) they were pretty reasonable for a top quality hat. They would not ship to me (in IL), I had to have my friend pick up my purchase as a favor.

A pity. If they offered shipping, I'd pick up at least 2 more from them.

Close but no homburg

Well, I tried. Hiippodrome Hatters will not ship. They don't have a computer. Some of the styles shown are no longer available. So unless you happen to be in Baltimore, no hat.
