seems like a loaded question depending on HH factors. Some break in easier than others.

Completey depends on the leather. Some of them, like my Aero Type 3 in blackened brown Vicenza horsehide, felt broken in and comfortable right out of the box. Other hides, like CXL fqhh, will take a lot longer (if ever) to achieve that level of comfort.
