Maybe they were cheap because of the size. A thirteen Benny is a tough sell. Unfortunately, I've had returns that I wish that I'd had sold them for that amount. :eusa_doh:

The AE 'Tom, Dick & Harry' (as identified on the box) has got to be their best model name ever. Does anyone know aht year that $41 price is from? There's a '73' on the pricetag--1973, perhaps?

The look nice, except the 1950s closure with only one ore two holes which most split toes have . That's what I like so much about the AEs Duck posted, they don't have that closure.



BTW-I also think I prefer a nice brown colour to tan.

I want a pair of split-toe shoes now. I've been biased towards cap-toes for way too long now. I think this will be a nice alternative. Not over-the-top flashy, but just right.
