As has already been pointed out, the hat that Indy wore in ROLA is a Herbert Johnson Poet, bought from HJ in Loondon.
Deborah Nadoolman who was the costume designer for the movie talks about where she got the hat.
In the end, and she doesn't mention it, but both Harrison Ford and Stephen Spielberg were in London checking out a studio
to film the Tanis scenes and they went to HJ and bought the 10 hats that they needed.
