Here's a pair of shoes i bought for the Baroness. Too big for her. According to her they are a women's US size 6, UK size 4. The footbed (interior) measures 9 1/2" x 3" at widest. I will measure the heel when i get home tonight but they're not high.
The insole is stamped Contessina Firenze. Lavorazione a Mano
Definitely worn but not shabby. The line work is in gold paint; red and yellow flowers on the side. The tops of the shoes are creased from wear. A nice cheap pair of shoes.
