My father looked like Cagney and so I am a fan of his. Here are some photos, none are large, but do give you some ideas of his hats. Village Hat Shop and I believe some other hatters have a fedora they call The Cagney.

Here's a photo of the Dobbs hat, the Daily, VHS says is the style Cagney fancied. This is my kind of hat. Interesting to me that Cagney was one of the earlier stars of the big screen. I never knew it until I looked him up on realizing I liked a style of hat he was supposed to have liked; I always, knowing nothing, sort of lumped him in with later stars, Gable, Bogart? I really know nothing, as you can plainly tell, about "golden age" cinema. But I like this hat, and if Cagney wore hats like it, the man had style :cool:
