Just Leather jackets -

Photo2u - so those snaps inside the collar appear to only be for the snap in vest. They go around the inside of the jacket and are black in color. There are no provisions for a fur collar, but I probably could find someone willing to build & install just such a thing. Maybe a good idea even?

I like this style, from 1960s, but I’d prob need to add a sleeve strap to tighten the cuff, and a cinch-back strap in the lower back as seen in type I trucker to tighten the waist. The round collar is a nice touch, very Cossack-esque.

@jchance did you buy this one? It's been on ebay for a long time.

I think the sleeves would be 2" too short for my long arms on this.

I foolishly sold off the original jacket in this thread - I should never have sold it.

How tall are you? That’s a 24” sleeve length (30-6), seller didn’t measure it from the mid of neck. It would fit a normal 5’9 guy like me (15-33 shirt size)

No I haven’t bought it. Too many tweaks for it to be workable for me. I’ll still think about it though.

I'm 6' 1" and if I want a dress shirt to fit correctly it needs to have 35 - 36" sleeves (16.5 x 35-36 dress shirt size).

I do not like it when sleeves roll back off my wrists while seated, arms out to the handlebars or steering wheel. (or keyboard).

I have to agree, that one looks to be simply a re-labeled Cal Leathers.

Agreed. Relabeled Cal was prob part of their OTR offering, in addition to their custom work. Below is a pic of a full jacket of a relabeled Cal from 1960s.

I was under the impression that Just Leathers actually made every jacket that they sold.


They closed down during The Pandemic. I can't ride over to the shop and ask.

Just Leather made great jackets. These older yellow label jackets and pants were made in house, I think.

Good! I'm glad someone finally bought this. I came close a couple times, but the sleeve length was off for me.
