Will has a post about a new website for English cap maker Lawrence & Foster. You can pick your fabric and style. Apparently you can also supply your own fabric to them.

The York looks nice:

It's too bad their largest size is 7 1/2.

^Sizing likely is British, so that would go up to a 7 5/8. If you contact them they might go higher.
