21.5 P2P is 43 in chest. 18.2" on the bottom is 36.4" all around the waist.

Thats a 6.6" drop. I though the V-taper drop is usually calculated with the all around measurement. Also I should have specified.

Nomally Perfectos have 4" inch drops. With the 613s/sh having a 4.5" drop.

So my 613US has a greater V taper than the american Perfecto models. I am not sure if mine is just out of spec or if it applies to other Japanese Perfectos.

Also and FYI the Schott 118 has a 5 inch drop and has larger shoulders than the 618 in its equivelent chest size. So its a greater v taper from shoulder to waist.

I used to have 613us in size 40. It had smaller drop than you describe on yours. My 613us had only 21" pit-to-pit and 19" waist. https://www.grailed.com/listings/33224917-schott-perfecto-613us
