The standard conversion rate for men's shoe sizes UK to US is that the US size is always one number up, i.e. I wear a UK8, which is a US9. A UK10 will translate to a US 11.

While I have yet to pull the trigger on them myself, I *have* tried on a pair of these, and (as has been my experience iwth other Lewis boots) they are true to size.
