I put this here rather than Classifieds since it's not something I'm selling; it's an alert to loungers of a recent warehouse find of NOS rare jazz record reissues. Put it here incase most folks like me never read Classifieds section; bartenders feel free to move it if you deem inappropriate... (I don't work for these places)
If anyone collects 10-inch bebop jazz LPs, and likes reissues when priced right, check this out, some are already becoming unavailable in last 3 days...
Fantasy found old stock during warehouse cleanup of some custom-made 10-inch LP reissues (originally issued 1949-1955) they did a while back (1980s?) for the Japanese market, original 10-inch jacket and label graphics & colors, no barcodes.
Just got my 4 titles & found they're decent quality (not thick as originals but ok). Wanted to pass along.

Here's the list:
Here's the True Blue Music website, try them first since they're selling there for $17.99/ea: (Click "catalog" link on left, then click the ARTIST droplist, select the artist name. That will show all items True Blue has for the artist. In the case of Stan Getz volume 1, that's been removed from the list within the last 3 days; if you want it, you should look for True Blue's number & call them, else try the next store, below, which is showing it as "in stock" at this moment...)

If True Blue is out of yours, try Acoustic Sounds, may have it for $2 more:
Page 1: (The $19.99 ones are the new "hot" Prestige ones) http://store.acousticsounds.com/category.cfm?start=1&id=22

Here's the 4 I got:
.
(Jimmy Raney was the electric guitarist; Getz, under contract elsewhere, appeared under the pseudonym "Sven Coolest" on the back! That 2nd is the same great lineup as his late-1940s / early 50s Royal Roost sides)
.
Mono: playable on older boxes. Getz & Wardell Gray never sounded better... (found myself doing A/B comparisons against original 78s- the reissue LPs are much less noisy lol )
Good luck,
