Anyone else here digging this 27 year-old crooner? He's more rougher, swingier, than Michael Buble.

His first CD was good but his latest, Back in Town, is amazing!

Arrangements by Patrick Williams and Sammy Nestico make it pop. You will be hooked from the opening Gene Krupa-like drum intro to the first track.

Tracks include "The Best is Yet to Come", "The Way You Look Tonight" and "Get Me to the Church on Time."

His voice has a power to blow the rafters off of the joint. When backed with the big band, he brings the heat. It is the perfect summer-driving-in-your-car-with-all-the-windows-open kinda disc.

Also, don't miss Kurt Ellings latest "Nightmoves." My wife and I just saw him in concert at Nitetown in Cleveland and he proved again why he is one of the greatest jazz singers out there today!
