I grew up with National Bohemian. A Maryland tradition, Possibly one of the cheapest and worst beers to ever touch my lips, yet we keep on drinking it.

I believe Zippy is Maryland based as well.

I lived in MD (Eastern Shore) for 13 years after I got out of the service. Natty Boh was my beer of choice. Cheap and did the trick. And yes Micchaelson it is on par with Pearl (the beer from Texas with the tripple X's). Shaefer comes to mind (the beer that made Miluakee famous).
