^^^ Great tunes gentlemen, thank you!

Another version of that beautiful song "There's Something in the Air", this time with Ray Noble and his All American Orchestra.

Chick Endor -- That's Where You Come In (1929)

I just want a little movie camera
So we can have a picture show at home
Imagine that I'm Gilbert and you're Garbo
While we make a movie of our own

I'm the fellow in the garden
Playing on the mandolin
We'll need a Miss to throw a kiss
And that's where you come in

I'm a happy groom in June time
Preacher's ready to begin
I'll need a bride right at my side
And that's where you come in

Then a scene
A dreamy little scene of a love nest
I'm the hero
Happy with the one that I love best

There may be a touch of sorrow
When it's kind of hard to grin
I'll need someone to bring the sun
And that's where you come in

Dreaming where the lazy daisies
Stare at the moonlight
Dreaming there a happy loving pair
In that spoonlight

When the weather's kind of rainy
And it's kind of hard to grin
Two loving eyes will light the skies
And that's where you come in

The Victor Artists' Party, a 1931 RCA-Victor demonstration record promoting the debut of the 33 1/3 LP record (unfortunately this is only Side 1). This recording features Frank Crumit, The Revelers, The Arden-Ohman Orchestra, and of course Nat Shilkret and the Victor Orchestra.

Helen Kane -- He's So Unusual (1929)

Lyrics
You talk of sweeties
Bashful sweeties
I got one of those
He's handsome as can be
One thing worries me
He goes to college
And gathers knowledge
What that boy knows!
He's up in his Latin and Greek
But in his sheiking he's weak

Cause when I want some loving
And I gotta have some loving
He says "Please, stop it, please!
He's so unusual
When I want some kissing
And I gotta have some kissing
He says "No" then he goes
He's so unusual

I know lots of boys
Who could be crazy over me
If they only had
This fellow's opportunity
I would let him pet me
But the darn fool he doesn't let me
He's so unusual
That he drives me wild

When we we're in the moonlight
He says, "I don't like the moonlight"
"Let's not park in the dark"
He's so unusual
When we're riding in a taxi
He converses with the chauffeur
Why don't he'd talk to me
He's so different

Others would be tickled pink
To Bop Bop Be Dop Be Dop
He don't even know what
Bop Bop De Bop's about!
He says love is hokem
Yeah, I'd like to choke, choke, choke him!
But he's so unusual
That he drives me wild

You might as well be by yourself
Than in his company
When we're out together
I'm as lonesome as can be
But still I'm mad about him
And I just can't live without him
He's so unusual
That he drives me wild

When Herb Wiedoeft died in a automobile accident in 1928 the Herb Wiedoeft Orchestra became know as the Jessie Stafford Orchestra when Jessie Stafford the band's trombonist took over leadership of the band.

Here is a selection from both orchestras...;):D

1929, I Don't Want Your Kisses, Jesse Stafford Orch. Hi Def, 78RPM
