Italy is certainly a good place to be for hats . I wonder if there are a lot of vintage clothing stores there for hats . I have found a few in Florence and brought back some to the states. The problem is that a lot of the older hat stores are fading away.
In my town are 2 big hat stores open since the '20s. They has more N.O.S. but is not easy to found wearable sizes...so I prefer something to buy vintage pre-owned ones from private sellers...in this way I've found my Panizza Fausto and my Borsalino Augusta.

thank you... since I was a child, I always wore two things: hats and watches, are part of my life, I feel naked without.
