I mentioned this a few months ago the last time an issue was out, but no one seemed to give a damn; but the new one is out, so I'll try again. Noir City Sentinel, the pdf-format newspaper (motto:

has just put out a new issue. I have not read it yet, but it looks pretty phatty-bom-batty, if you'll pardon my French.
