You may have seen this on evilBay. I think they were quite correct in stating it was 7 3/8... now however it is a solid 7 1/4 and small tears and nicks in the leather of the sweat make unsuitable for a robust stretch it would need to recall 23". Obviously not meant to be a folder, though it looks like someone kept it folded for about the last forty years. I ain't got squat in it and I'm looking for just that: 39 bucks, shipped.
