One of the things that bugs me is people who complain when their hats get wet, and lose their shape.
That's mostly because... one of the first things I do to a new hat is... Get it wet and give it the shape I want.
Ya gotta work with 'em. It's like kids "Wet behind the ears." Train them which way to go.
