Not the normal fair here, though their has been a bit of denim lately. This original model is owned and painted by my middle school daughter (and jacket photographer). Came out great. Doesn’t get it from me.

I wasn't really sure where to put this. Sadly it's just a fashion jacket, but I absolutely adore the retro 60s-ish vibe and colouring.

Where I am at the moment, I'm not looking to buy another jacket unless it can serve proper duty as a riding jacket - so this one's out of the question. But where can I find something similar that will work on the bike?

I would imagine Bates could make something like this for you.

I hadn't thought of Bates. I was pondering on Goldtop's customising options, or bracing myself to fork out on a coloured Lewis.

It'll all be down the line though, I've got to shift some other jackets to free up the moolah.

  6. Thedi makes something similar but not exact.

Bates certainly can. And Vanson also. They have many cool color options.

Been wanting to post this for a while. Very cool Schott I saw and almost pulled the trigger on when I was at Inspiration this past February.

That is VERY nice. I'm not sure I would have resisted myself.

This is a tale of woe and sadness.

I came this close to buying the jacket pictured, but someone else bought it while the seller was sending me measurements. Hopefully, it was someone here so we can see more of it in action.

    Said to be 1930s/1940s.

Perfection. Wasn’t Mission a San Fran based outfit from around the 50s? That is one cool jacket.
