Hi Folks

Any FL members heard of a hat maker called PIAGET? I saw a light blue fedora on ETSY however the maker to my limited knowledge is unknown.

My guess is they were a branch of the famous Swiss watch company by the same name. They branched into many different luxury goods back in the day, mostly dealing with jewelery though. The crest inside of the hat is somewhat similar to the old Piaget watch crest, with the lion on top. Also the hat sweatband uses the same font as the Piaget watch trademark.

But again, only a guess.

Interesting observation. The watch name crossed my mind however going from watches to hats or hats to watches seemed odd.
May be just adding the Piaget name to an unknown hat maker was more profitable.
The hat looks OK I may just buy and roll the dice.

Either way that seems to be a great price for such a good looking felt hat.

I bought it. It looks to good to pass on at $38.00 and $ 7.00 for shipping.
