Next up for grabs is a super nice Resistol Beaver 15 that has been refurbished by Graham at Optimo Hats. It began life with a super wide “back bow” ribbon. Graham cleaned, put a new sweatband and a much more versatile ribbon. Completely transformed this ugly duckling!! No mothing...very soft thick felt...if you’ve ever felt the hand on these Beaver 15’s then you know it’s hard to match...even with same period Stetsons etc.
I’ve searched..but I cannot find the original sweatband....I’m confident you won’t be disappointed with this felt....it is a “Beaver 15”.
Just under 4.5” crown in current form.
Approximately 2.25” brim.
Size 7 and true to size.
Super easy to wear with virtually anything.
Well over $100 spent on refurb....can’t remember original price..
No issues on this hat..reducing to $160 shipped??
