Riri zipper question

The tracks of these Riri zips look cool, but I don't really like the slider all that much... I wonder if it is possible to fit another type of slider to it

It is. You can see all the combinations on their website. Chains, pullers, sliders and tape.
I like the fat round puller though tbh

Where are you getting the Riri Topstars? I would love to get a roll of the chain tape. Die-cast teeth are hard to find these days.

I am looking into zipper options for my next jacket.
I am settled on a Riri zipper.
Has anybody experience with either of these:

I think panhead58 has a jacket with one of these.

Any opinions? I don't have experience with Riri zips but heard they are good.

In fact, I have a RiRi Zipper on my custom made Thedi MTC-127980. Personally, I'm not a fan of the RiRi zippers, they are undoubtedly of good quality, no question. However, the zipper on my Thedi move very difficult and the slider is okay for this type of jacket, but I have other preferences.

The Riri slider is able to slide off the top even when the stopper is on… it is only stopped by the bent tape after installation. Crazy behavior. But it let you switch the slider from European to American side

That would render this kind of zip pretty useless imp.
