I tried the 42 but it was too snug especially on shoulders .So I finally moved to the 44 and it’s way better.

What’s your chest size? Add about 3” for breathing and it’s reasonably accurate. I may have a 42 available.

43+3=46. Width of 23 makes a 44 look like your best bet.
