Rubber sole/heel recommendation for 1000 mile boots?

Can anyone give me some recommendations for a rubber sole and heel to add to the Wolverine 1000 mile original boots? Is there a repo Cat's paw made? Thanks!

Your cobbler will have catalogs or online sources similar to what Dinerman posted. He also will know what will work best for your boots. The links above will give you an idea of what is available. Then you can go to the cobbler with a clear picture of what you want. It has been my experience they can pretty much find what you want, unless, of course, it is something exotic.

Those would be a good choice! I like Vibram soles and on my winter boots, they give excellent taction on snow and ice. Vitale Bramani's invention rendered old-fashioned hob-nailed boots obsolete.
