Oh geez, that has got to be the craziest thing to happen to a dolphin in a long time.

That is just horrible. I hate the fact that it really made me giggle picturing it. Poor Scrappy. Maybe it wasn't a speedo. Maybe it was a diaper and his real name is Crappy.
