A two-piece pair of early 30s beach pyjamas...with POLKA DOTS. Again, they were too small for me in the waist and rise, so I sold them along. Wahhhh!

Unfortunately it was only in fair condition. It has some stains and the dark colors have all run in the cotton fabric.
Great Thread, these are mine, picked up a couple of summers ago at a carboot sale, I was jumping inside when I spotted them.
They are for a petite girl, so are too small for me, I just love the eyelet detail on the frilled neckline and the contrasting inserts on the
legs.

Pattern for some that I intend to make *one day*. I even have a large roll of plaid fabric ready for it.

The trousers were from Eva Dresses 1934 Lounging Ensemble pattern, while the top is basically two triangles cut on the bias.
I had the fabric in this beach pj pattern (below left) reproduced by Victory Fabrics (http://www.victoryfabrics.etsy.com) and am hoping to make myself a pair with bolero using Wearing History's "Lounging at the Lido" pattern http://www.wearinghistorypatterns.com?
I just realized a gal in an early 30s colour photo is wearing a beach pj get up in the exact fabric I had repro'd from the above pattern. Wow, cool! I definitely need the matching hat, too!
