Wow! Seeing lots and lots of sewing patterns, and thrilled to pieces that there are patterns for neckties for the fellas, but I'm curious--does anyone on here knit, or is that a different thread I haven't found yet? I'll have to post my one vintage sweater pattern booklet, translated from the Scandanavian (Norwegian, perhaps?) and post updates on my online finds from YesterKnits.

I like no. 13 and 14 for 1940s skirts. It's the book Metric Pattern Cutting and it has many styles that can be turned into 1940s styles.
