I just got this from Etsy, I'm so happy to finally found a princess coat pattern I can afford! All those like this have sold for about $20 (or more) on eBay. Patience pays off.

It's way too big for me, but I'm going to use it to practice sizing a considerably large garment down. Alos, I collect Hollywoods and look how pretty it is! Hollywoods are always the best patterns, IMO. And I know what year they all came out because they are date stamped on the back!

Practice on muslin. You can get it for .99 a yard sometimes, Make it once and if you mess it up you'll know what you did wrong before you ruin good fabric. Promise it'll make you work longer but you'll get better at sewing in no time.December said:I'm exactly the same!
