I used to get parasitical pitches like that all the time, until I finally wrote an open letter to all real estate agents and put it in the local paper, declaring that I have no intention of selling, now, or in the future, and I view these impositions on my time and my privacy very unkindly. In so many words, I may have phrased it a bit more colorfully, you understand. I still get the occasional "sell your house NOW" pitch from speculators, but the agencies, at least, leave me alone.
