Thank you V.C., that is exactly the version I had in mind. This always makes me burst into tears. Since I've got the blues today I'll better not watch it right now...

You're very welcome, Henry. I know it gets me choked up when I hear it. I'm not certain what year but that version was from his Berlin concert. Some day I hope to see Andre Rieu live. His concerts are truly a magical experience.

Remember this from when i was at school. always liked the words but felt them when i had been on a nite out with a good friend. hadnt been drinkin, was waiting for some food, was late 1993. why i remember so well is it opened the floodgates to all the tears id held back since i lost my son on the 1st May that year. guy in the restaurant must of thought me mad!! my mate asked him to change the song!!

ive since got used to it!! and the words are true to me, but got used to being all by myself!:D

That's a song which makes me cry every time I hear it. A wonderful piece:

Can you feel the love tonight - Elton John

This one always strikes me...not the greatest video though. I've held a flag on the Highway of Heroes several times...the latest just last Tuesday, unfortunately ("people above, with the flags flying low"). Always a sobering experience. It gave us a chance to honour our dead from the war in Afghanistan and to express some solidarity with their families.
