This was a standard (non custom) D1 that Aero made a small batch of using a thinner fleece than standard, and having seen some posts about a similarly made jacket previously (and how wearable it was) I decided to take the plunge last year.

I love the contrasting seams on the D1, and the zip up pockets make sense for securely stowing valuables like wallets and phones.

I can definitely say that the fleece on this jacket is lightweight enough to make this an extraordinarily comfortable jacket, wearable in a far wider range of temperatures than you’d expect, and is also very soft. However, I find that I am more attached to my B6 and am looking to move a number of items out of my wardrobe to avoid repetition and allow myself to explore some alternate styles.

I make the PTP measurement 23” and the back from base of collar to hem around 26”

Please get in touch if you want more pictures or any additional information.

Current price of a standard Aero D1 is £1,140. Asking £800 or USD 1,080 or NZD 1,800

Hi Simon.

I usually take a 42 or Large with the obvious exceptions (I have a Highwayman in 38). I find this to be a very comfortable fit for the length, chest and body space is enough without being baggy, and arm length is good. The shoulder width is fine but if someone had shoulders like a grid iron player, maybe it wouldn’t work for them. Happy to take some fit pics later on or supply additional measurements if that would be helpful - let me know.
