Does anyone know anything about Stallion Hats? Who are they? I have a S. Roadmaster by them that is made well. But I can't find anything on them on the web.

I'm just working from memory here, but wasn't Stallion a store-brand of western hats, like for Wards, Sears or Penneys?
I know that Marathon was Penneys and Pilgrim was Sears, but I have seen a lot of Stallions probably from the 50s and 60s.
That's not a lot of help, but then I haven't seen one in years.

Sorry for being so quiet. Been rather sick and now I am traveling. My guess knowing my pop, it was indeed a Sears or Wards hat. Probably Sears as my mom worked there for a few years when I was a kid. Dad was not one to spend a lot on clothes of any sort, even hats. When I get back home I will try to post a shot of it. Thanks
