I went ahead and bid 100 bucks, because it's STILL not a lot of money. (Hey, sure it's a live auction, but this is in the classifieds, not the Ebay thread!)

Just bumped it up another 50, 'cause it's more fun to have an auction progress, in my opinion, rather than stagnate 'til 5 seconds are left. Shockingly unpopular view, I know, but there it is.

I just goosed it again. Auctions are all about the steady climb! (I believe it keeps sellers interested in the process, and without that interest, fewer hats would appear on Ebay.)
