In the early running for the "What were they thinking?" award:
Bud Light, for the spot where the employees are trashing the office. The message: serve Bud Light and a drunken brawl will ensue.
The most bizarre, so far:
Burger King, for the huge production number with the showgirls costumed as burger ingredients. They get points for calling the Burger King mascot "freaky" (or was it "creepy"?) in the song they sing.
The Ho-Hum Award: Diet Pepsi, for the "Brown 'N' Bubbly" spot in which the can is making a music video. Just dumb.
