I bought this last year and never wore it. It's a beautiful piece, I just have too many jackets.
This is last year's model, but the only difference is that it has a really unique brown Sherpa lining. 14.75oz Kaihara Selvedge denim - substantial but easy to move around in.
The pockets are very unique with a cool vintage feel. The pocket on the left chest is actually a long/deep pocket that goes all the way down - you can fit a folded newspaper, wine bottle, etc. I think it would be great for securing stowing your wallet on a motorcycle, or in situations where you'd be afraid it would fall out of your pocket. There is also a slim knife pocket, and interior pocket, and three other open topped pockets.
