I love fairy tales, and these are all set in pre to golden era America. They seem real interesting. Has anyone seen any of these?

making Grimm movies sounds like a good way of educating young film makers.

I hope they're getting their share of attention plus more!

There is tons of info on their site as to how they make them. It seems like a labor of love. To do an accurate period piece on a shoestring budget, hats off to them.

They seem to be used as educational aids and booklets can be purchased for them for use in the class room. Wow, how cool!

I wish they had these for me when I was in elementary!

I have to agree with them that a lot of videos about moving making "tend to be either illustrated guides, like primitive Kodak manuals, or publicity films about the special effects and celebrity personalities of high-budget features".

I have a whole set from VideoMaker magazine that is like a kodak manual!
It's fun to watch, though, since they were all made in the 80's and still a lot of the things they cover aren't out of date like the equipment they use in it is.

And this witch strangely resembles John Lennon

I wouldn't mind seeing some of the retellings they did
