Finally got around to shaping my 25 OR. Physically it was in good shape but it needed cleaning and a good bash.
Started by making the crown round and went from there.

Here is an Open Road style 1960s Twenty Five with a Last Drop liner. I thought the liner might not be original but I see that @StoryPNW posted a very similar hat upstream in this thread. I definitely think it is all original but a bit of an oddball compared to other 25s that have “Open Road“ on the sweatband and “Twenty Five“ on the liner.
