Monterey Jack or Jack London?

I'm assuming we are still talking about edible things. Monterey Jack. lol

I had a very hard time getting through a Jack London novel in school, but I liked visiting his interesting watering hole in Oakland.

I wish I could have had a drink with him.

The one I'd like to find is People of the Abyss (1903) which is about Jack London's own experiences among the down and out in London's East End. The best part of it are the photos of the East End of the period.

I have been there. It looks pretty tumbled down.
