Trying to find that hat stand!

Hello All, a few weeks ago some one posted a hat stand/rack that attached to the head rest of a car seat. I'm unable to find it. Can you guys help me!

Yea, I found it at Noggintops...but the one that attaches to the car headrest has disappeared off the site....
