I followed the link and prices are listed when you click to view a specific cap. Looks like a range of 60 -100 pounds. I didn't see any mention of specific shipping costs. It only states "plus shipping costs ".

Their studio is at Farfield Mill, Sedbergh, ***bria and open Tuesday to Sunday.

The update on this one is I had a cap made by James last year, and it is very, very nice indeed. Hopefully photos in a couple of weeks when it goes travelling with me!
