I recently acquired a new Chopper. The zipper on it works, but it is very rough. It is the Vanson branded zipper with the plastic stopper and plastic insertion pin. Is there a good way to help smooth it out and improve its function?

Wax or graphite. Another shorter term solution… when you condition the jacket rub some of the conditioner into the zipper.

Nick from Vanson ID'd this for me based on its serial number 29817C24. It is an Aug 1997 production in Comp Weight. I had a hunch it might be, but now it's confirmed.
